Of bipolar elves and their method of observing.
We see them from the ground 
in China, and from spacing

On the hypothesis of corona discharges.
Overshooting thunderbirds,
Triggering lightning and blue jets,
With the associated weak negative NBEs that rapidly inhabit ionospheres,
Elves excite sufficient current for new clouds and rain.
